For example, if you work with us YOU CHOOSE the length of our contract. We offer 3-month, 6-month, and yearly contracts.

Based on the cumulative nature of the job, we charge per month. However, longer contracts come with greater discounts. In addition, if you need to catch up on built up transactions, we can help with that.

Our prices are a monthly rate, but we want you to fully understand our calculations. We base it on a projected hours per month estimate and a rate of $20/hr (much lower then the national average rate). For example, if we estimate your books to take 20 hours a month, at $20 an hour the monthly rate would be $400.

Our projections are based on multiple factors. The biggest factors is the amount of monthly transactions your business deals with.

When quoting, or already under a bookkeeping contract, we offer a 5% discount to all other services! Make sure to get in touch, or ask any questions if you're interested.
